You're capable of a lot. You want your work to matter. And you want to be the person who says "I genuinely love what I do and I'm naturally really good at it."
The Waymakers Mastermind is a 4 month group coaching cohort for high-achieving HSPs (highly sensitive persons) who want to find work they love and make a big impact along the way.
This cohort is designed for high-sensing professionals who are highly capable and successful on paper but are currently feeling disconnected or burned out from their work. They want to make an impact, but they're unclear about what's next and are ready to figure it out — whether it's something new entirely or just a new way of working within your current field.
This might be you…
You've built a career that looks impressive from the outside but you want more than external success — you want real alignment.
You're the person others rely on. You see more, feel more, and often carry far more than anyone around you realizes. You know you're highly capable but are unclear on where you want to channel your gifts.
You don't want to give up ambition — you want work and a life that is authentically meant for you.
You're exhausted by the masking, the pushing through, the constant adaptation to environments that don't quite fit. You want to make a big impact but not at the cost of yourself.
Get underneath conditioning, expectations, and old identities to understand what you actually want.
Identify your unique strengths, natural way of operating, and zone of genius.
Discern what kinds of work, impact, and environments truly fit you.
Practical tools to reduce overwhelm, overstimulation, and nervous system strain so you can function from a steadier, more resourced place.
Leave with clearer direction and a more grounded sense of where to go from here. Build a way of working and living that honors your values, gifts, and capacity — without sacrificing yourself.
Over 90 days, you'll move from overwhelm, misalignment, and private coping — to clarity, self-trust, and aligned direction. This group creates space to slow down, reconnect with your inner guidance, and explore the next chapter of your career with support.
Designed to be rigorous enough to create real change — and human enough to actually work for people like you.

Part of makes your experience so isolating is how invisible it tends to be. Many high-achieving HSPs (highly sensitive persons) look composed and capable while quietly carrying far more than anyone around them sees.
This group offers more than tools and frameworks. It offers recognition, shared language, and the profound relief of being with people who truly get it — not because they've read about it, but because they live it too.
That's why this cohort is intentionally small and hand-picked. Every person in the room will have been chosen for their self-awareness, their ambition, and their readiness to do real work. You won't have to explain yourself here. You'll finally be in a room where people just get it.
On the power of group coaching from previous participants:
"When you're coaching someone else publicly, I am also learning the skill that I need to learn... it's easier for me to see it in the other person and treat that person with kindness. Being able to experience something through someone else and learn from that — almost from an objective standpoint — was really powerful." - Kelly D., Waymakers Spring 2026 Cohort
Sensory-Processing Sensitivity (SPS) is a trait held by ~20-30% of the population (Highly Sensitive People) that makes you more aware than others of subtleties. This is mainly because your brain processes information and reflects on it more deeply. Learn more about HSPs here.
Absolutely. This program is designed to provide both clarity for those who are looking to change directions and for those who are looking for a new way of working within their current role or career.
Many of our clients recognize the traits of high sensitivity long before they have a name for it. If you deeply resonate with the challenges described this program is likely a great fit even if the "HSP" label doesn't feel right.
Please fill out an application and drop a note in the end mentioning your interest for future cohorts.
You do not need to keep forcing clarity through more thinking. There is another way to find your next step — one that helps you hear what is actually true for you.
The goal is not just to find your next move. It’s to find work that feels like your work.
The Cohort begins August 14, 2026. Space is limited to 8–10 hand-selected individuals.
